Dear Creative Soul,
I really enjoy helping people discover their own unique creativity and ways to incorporate it into their daily lives. Tapping into this “creative energy” will help you to be a healthier, happier and stress resilient you! No dream is too small. I’ll encourage you every step of the way. Together we can resuscitate those half-dread dreams with a little “CPR” (Creative Personal Recovery)!
With the Guidance Card coaching system, I use beautiful art guidance cards to help you achieve deeper, intuitive answers to your situation. A one hour coaching session with follow up journal session will enhance your creative thinking and assist you in uncovering hidden blocks.
Guidance Coaching is done as a one hour phone and online session. I also work with clients through email. I can help you explore your creativity, set goals, encourage you, talk about maintaining a creative life, look at your life balance and take action!
I offer workshops on the following topics:
* Intro to Journaling - Explore the basics of journaling – how to get started, why journal, what kinds of journals
*Intro to Art Journaling - What is art journaling? What do you need to do it?
* Creative “CPR” - Revive your half-dead dreams. Get inspired and learn the “10 Truths of Creativity”
* Dreamboards and Treasure Maps - using the power of collage to discover your dreams
My training includes:
*Eric Maisel’s Introduction to Creativity Coaching
*Art Guidance Card Coaching – Karin Bauer
*Stress Resiliency Coaching – Helix Institute of Wellness
*Certificate of Spirituality, Health and Healing - Ohio University
*Certificate of Spirituality - St. Frances Xavier University
*Licenced “How Much Joy” workshop facilitator
*Story Circle facilitator
If you would like to explore creativity coaching further, or would like more information on how Guidance Coaching can work for you, please email me (maedelcreativity AT mac DOT com). I'd love to hear from you.
Blessings on your creative journey,
Eveline
